Supporting Your Student-Athlete's Education with EDUC|8

At Elev8 Baseball Academy, we understand how challenging it can be for student-athletes to balance academics with their training and competition schedules. That’s why we created EDUC|8—a dedicated academic support program designed to help your child succeed in both the classroom and on the field.

Your student will work in a quiet, structured classroom environment where they can complete their coursework independently through Florida Virtual School (FLVS), Accelus, or PBVS—whichever platform fits best. These online learning options offer the flexibility today’s student-athletes need to stay on track.

For $120 per week, your child will have daily, on-site access to Mr. Jarrod Transue, a veteran educator with 26 years of experience in Broward County. He’s certified K–12 in Gifted, ESE, ESOL, and holds the Social Studies Seal of Excellence. Mr. Transue works closely with students and schools to provide:

• Personalized academic support

• Help with class scheduling and selection

• Guidance on tracking and completing service hours

• Clear, ongoing communication with parents
